The Democratic Women's Information Network (DWIN) in Jacksonville, Florida was chartered in 2003 by the Democratic Women's Club of Florida (DWCF) and the National Federation of Democratic Women (NFDW).

Our mission:

"Growing a network of energized, talented, informed Democratic Women on the First Coast who nurture and tap the power of women to elect more Democrats and more Women." There is much to be done, and we are the women and enlightened men of DWIN and we have the stuff to get it done!

I'm honored to once again be chosen as leader of this organization. Your hard work and commitment over the past two years have been invaluable as we've built on our achievements. We've faced tough challenges recently, with our democracy under threat from those eager to dismantle what sets us apart. The progress we've made is at risk; it's crucial that we stay alert and take action to protect our values and keep advancing both our county and nation for everyone's benefit. These threats only succeed if we lose our determination.

In the coming term, I promise to keep learning and growing, and to seek out resources and partnerships that will boost our community outreach efforts. I plan to work closely with clubs, caucuses, organizations, elected officials, candidates, and experts to develop successful strategies. Together, with your support, we'll build a dedicated and motivated group of citizens working to strengthen Duval, Florida and our country.

Thank you for placing your trust in the DWIN leadership team. Congratulations to our 2026 officers—on behalf of all members, I appreciate your service. Your commitment will continue to make us stronger, and I'm excited about what we'll achieve together this year and beyond.

Jessica
